MARIA CRISTINA P. BELCAR
AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL

Every school year with saved statistics appears here automatically — add next year's data anytime in the Admin Panel and it will show up without any redesign.

Shows the current school year alongside the two school years before it, so differences in the data are easy to see at a glance. Green/red badges show the change versus the previous year shown.

Loading manual…

Ranked from most to least frequent sign-ins (admin & teacher accounts).

Sets the default access for new users of each role.

Edit the display name, description, and link (URL) for each app or resource, then click that row's Save button (or "Save changed apps" above to save every row you've edited at once). Each app is saved independently — updating one app's link never touches or overwrites any other app's data. If a link breaks (e.g. its Netlify site is renamed or redeployed elsewhere), just paste the new URL here and save — no redeployment needed. Changes apply to all users on their next visit.

For each teacher, enter the exact value they log in with on each app below (whatever that app's login field expects — a typed name, a dropdown-selected name, or an email). This is what lets that app recognize them automatically when opened from the Hub. Leave a field blank to leave that app on manual login for that person. Click Save on a row to store it.

Shown to incoming Grade 8 applicants on the public enrollment form. Turn a row off to hide it without deleting it.

e.g. Academic, Techpro. Shown to incoming Grade 11 applicants, alongside the strands below.

Each strand belongs to a track above (e.g. Techpro → Home Economics, Agri-Fishery Arts). An applicant only sees the strands under the track they picked.

Add a row for each school year (past 3 years, current, and beyond). The public Report Card always reflects whatever years exist here — just add a new row every year, no redesign needed.

Shown in the homepage footer & site info bar. Keep these up to date.

Organize by category (e.g. Minor Offenses, Major Offenses, Sanctions, Due Process). This is separate from SILAB — SILAB tracks live discipline cases, this manual is the reference content students and teachers read.

Anything marked Published here shows up automatically on the public homepage — no code changes needed. Mark one article Featured to make it the homepage's large feature story. A cover image is optional — paste a direct image URL (e.g. from Google Drive, Imgur, or your own hosting).

Upcoming events (today onward) appear automatically on the public homepage, soonest first. Past events stay here for your records but drop off the public page.
